ANDAGI RECIPE
Do some Okinawan cooking at home!
Dry mix:
4 cups flour
1 3/4 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cornstarch
Wet mix:
3 large eggs
1/2 cup Carnation evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp Crisco oil
1/2 cup water

Sift dry ingredients together.

Blend eggs with milk, vanilla, oil, and water.

Mix the wet and dry mix.

Drop batter in hot oil at temperature 325°.
Yields 2 - 3 dozen.
